The Village Board of Trustees proposed a zoning change Monday that would allow the former Menands Schoolhouse to be converted into a condominium.
Under the proposed law, a new zoning classification covering condominiums would be created. A public hearing on the zoning change was set for 7:30 p.m. Feb. 22 at village hall.
