PubWeb.com (Boston), an Internet publishing and printing portal, has changed its name to NetPaper.com. The site enables domestic and international customers to access proprietary information from a publisher's Web site to develop customized documents, which can be viewed on a digital on-demand print network. NetPaper.com handles publisher transaction payments and can internationally distribute documents that typically don't reach the market because of transit costs.
